What types of information do you verify?

We can verify anything that is backed up by evidence. This can be a license, the number of previous clients, or a past project.

How long does a verification take?

We guarantee a verification decision within 48 hours.

Do I need to supply any documentation for verification?

This depends on what is being verified. Some cases will not require any additional information from you. In other cases, we will request documentation from you to complete verification. This documentation is deleted and scrubbed once verification is complete.

Can my verification be denied?

Yes, if there is insufficient information to reach an adequate verification, a verification can be denied. In this case we will reach out to you with a request for further information. In the case of a denied verification, you are not obligated to pay.

What do you do with my information?

At Factify, we do not permanently store client information and are fully GDPR-compliant. All documentation pertaining to verifications is deleted upon order completion, less than 48 hours after being uploaded. Please refer to our privacy policy for our full information storage policy.

How long does a verification stay in your database?

Generally, a verification is on our public database permanently. Please note that no proprietary information or documentation is stored. Should you want your verification removed, please contact us.
